Service catalogue

Each service is designed to produce a usable artefact: a plan, a set of notes, a decision log, or training materials that can be reused. The emphasis is on methodical work—agenda first, then exercises, then follow-up documentation—so teams can apply the same structure after the session ends.

Core service

Professional Consultation (60–90 minutes)

A structured session that turns a broad topic into a manageable decision workflow. The consultation usually follows four checkpoints: define the scope, review inputs, test assumptions, and agree practical next steps. When the topic is complex, we will also capture trade-offs in a short risk register so the internal conversation stays honest and specific.

  • Agenda shared in advance for predictable timing
  • Follow-up summary suitable for stakeholders
  • Educational guidance, not guarantees

Business Advisory Sessions

A series format for organisations that want consistent checkpoints. Typical topics include planning cadence, workflow handoffs, and communication hygiene. The work is documented using simple templates such as a decision log and a RACI check, so progress is trackable between sessions.

Educational Workshops

Interactive workshops built around demonstrations and exercises. Available as half-day, full-day, or multi-day delivery. Canada-wide participation is supported through remote facilitation, structured breakout activities, and shared workpads.

Corporate Training

Structured learning for teams. Sessions typically include a quick baseline check, short instruction segments, guided practice, and a follow-up pack (slides, exercises, and references). This format avoids one-off presentations and supports consistent adoption through repeated practice.

Personal Development Programs

Modular learning designed for steady improvement. Programs include assignments, reflection activities, and periodic reviews. The intent is practical application inside daily work, with an emphasis on judgement and documentation.

Delivery notes and expectations

The clearest engagements start with a defined scope. For services like consultations and advisory sessions, scope includes the topic, the decision boundary, and the stakeholders who need to align after the session. For workshops and training, scope also includes learning outcomes, the exercises that will be used, and what “done” looks like at the end of the day.

Delivery is designed for Canada-wide access. Online sessions are the default because they support distributed teams and predictable logistics. When on-site delivery is available, we confirm requirements early: group size, room setup, materials, and any accessibility needs. A short pre-work checklist may be used to reduce time spent on background and increase time spent on practice.

Most services produce a written output. Depending on the format, that may be workshop notes, an action list with owners, a decision record, or follow-up learning references. These artefacts are intentionally plain and reusable—practical documentation that teams can carry forward.
