About Cho-Eiendom AS

We run consulting engagements and training programs with a clear scope, practical exercises, and documentation that teams can actually reuse across Canada.

Service area: Canada Administrative base: Oslo, Norway Established 2018

Why we started

Cho-Eiendom AS was founded in 2018 after seeing a recurring issue in professional education: organisations often invest time in training or consulting, then leave with notes that do not translate into decisions, ownership, or a workable plan. Meetings get repeated, priorities drift, and the learning evaporates when the next deadline arrives.

We started with a simple goal: build a methodical delivery style that produces artefacts people can use on Monday morning. That means structured agendas, short decision logs, clear learning outcomes, and follow-up materials that are easy to share internally. The work is not built around hype. It is built around clarity and documentation.

Although Cho-Eiendom AS is registered and administered from Oslo, Norway, our services are designed for Canada-wide delivery. Remote-first formats make it possible to support teams and individuals across provinces and time zones without sacrificing structure.

Mission

To provide accessible, practical, and professionally developed consulting and educational services that support individuals and organisations throughout Canada.

Vision

To become a trusted provider of educational and consulting solutions recognised for professionalism, quality, transparency, and client-focused service.

How we work in practice

Most engagements follow a consistent set of deliverables: a scoped agenda, a decision log, and follow-up notes with action items. For workshops, we add exercises and templates so participants can practise rather than only listen.

Decision notes and assumptions
We write down assumptions, trade-offs, and next steps so stakeholders can review the rationale later, not just the outcome.
Facilitation with a defined cadence
For multi-session work, we use checkpoints and a simple RACI alignment to keep ownership clear and follow-through realistic.
Learning outcomes, not promises
Our role is educational: the work focuses on frameworks, exercises, and decision discipline. Outcomes depend on implementation and context.

Professional standards and educational philosophy

The day-to-day work is defined less by a topic and more by how the engagement is run. We treat consulting and training as a disciplined learning process: define what success looks like, make assumptions visible, and create a record that survives beyond the session.

Clear scope and boundaries

A session without scope becomes an open-ended meeting. We set a topic, audience, and constraints, then keep the work aligned to that scope. When something is out-of-scope, we record it as a follow-up item rather than letting it derail the agenda.

Practice-first learning

Program time is spent on exercises, short demonstrations, and review. Participants work through realistic scenarios and produce outputs: checklists, decision notes, or templates that match their environment. The unglamorous part is repetition; that is what makes it stick.

Transparency and no guarantees

We describe what we deliver and what we do not. Consulting and training can support better decisions, but results depend on implementation, context, and follow-through. We avoid outcome promises and focus on the quality of the process and documentation.
